File and original-image delivery uses a transparent monthly allowance. If it is reached, the QR page stays available while file preview and download pause until the next month or a plan upgrade.

How plan limits work

Do you charge for scans?

No. Ordinary QR scans are unlimited. File and original-image delivery has a monthly allowance because it consumes storage and network capacity.

Do QR codes expire?

TraceNivo QR does not force an expiry date. If you configure an owner-controlled expiry for a workflow, that setting remains yours.

What happens when I cancel?

Paid access continues through the current billing period. Afterward the workspace returns to Free, with a 14-day organizing window and 90 days of excess-data retention.

Are digital business cards extra?

No. Digital business cards are included in every plan as a core Dynamic QR capability.
