Service and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use the service only where legally permitted. Workspace admins control membership and are responsible for instructions given to scanners and operators.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for phishing, malware, deceptive redirects, unlawful surveillance, infringement, spam or content that creates a safety or security risk. We may rate limit, suspend or remove abusive workspaces.

Plans, recurring payment and cancellation

Free static tools do not include managed records. Standard and Advanced are recurring subscriptions charged in USD at the price and monthly or yearly interval shown before approval. The selected payment provider may show applicable taxes or currency conversion before you approve payment.

Paddle, PayPal and Stripe may process payments for the same TraceNivo QR paid plans; buying through any provider does not create a separate product entitlement. Subscriptions renew automatically until a workspace admin cancels. Cancellation stops future renewal, while paid access continues through the current billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, charges for a started billing period are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund review rules.

TraceNivo does not receive or store complete card numbers, PayPal passwords or wallet credentials. Payment approval, payment method controls and some invoices are provided on the processor's secure service.

Customer data

You retain rights in customer data and grant us the limited permission needed to host, secure, process and export it. You are responsible for notices, consent and retention rules applicable to your operation.

Availability and liability

The service is provided with commercially reasonable care but is not a substitute for legally required safety systems. Liability limitations and service commitments in an executed order or DPA take priority where applicable.
