Terms of service
These terms govern use of the free QR tools and Business workspace.

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use the service only where legally permitted. Workspace admins control membership and are responsible for instructions given to scanners and operators.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for phishing, malware, deceptive redirects, unlawful surveillance, infringement, spam or content that creates a safety or security risk. We may rate limit, suspend or remove abusive workspaces.
Plans and payment
Free static tools do not include managed records. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval until canceled. Applicable taxes and refund rights follow the checkout terms and governing law.
Customer data
You retain rights in customer data and grant us the limited permission needed to host, secure, process and export it. You are responsible for notices, consent and retention rules applicable to your operation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with commercially reasonable care but is not a substitute for legally required safety systems. Liability limitations and service commitments in an executed order or DPA take priority where applicable.
